Milk products preparation 2021-2022

During the period 2021–2022, a significant modernization of the milk product preparation system was carried out, focusing on increasing capacity, automation, and production quality. The project involved the introduction of new and the upgrade of existing preparation tanks, as well as the installation of advanced control and dosing systems.

The project includes:

  • 8 x 15 m³ new preparation tanks for fermented and dessert products, equipped with advanced valve matrices
  • 5 x 25 m³ existing preparation tanks for UHT products, upgraded with valve matrices
  • Mechanical and electrical installation of a powder transport and dosing system, including Big Bag and tipping stations
  • Installation of 2 x 6 m³ high-shear vacuum mixers for efficient mixing and product homogenization
  • New motor control cabinet and I/O panels for improved control and safety
  • Implementation of a new control system based on S7-1500 PLC technology
  • Integration of a modern SCADA system using the AVEVA System Platform for advanced monitoring and production control

This project represents a major step towards the digitalization and automation of production processes, ensuring greater efficiency, product quality, and flexibility in dairy production.
